Acrylux 3 to 1 Sealer is a concentrated sealer that locks in all chalking, peeling, and chipping paint left after pressure washing. After dilution with three gallons of water, one gallon of 3 to 1 Sealer will cover over 1000 square feet! Recommended as a primer and basecoat for chalky or porous surfaces such as
masonry, stucco, wood, brick, cement tile, aluminum, primed metal, and previously painted substrates. It is also ideal for priming roof tiles prior to application of Acrylux Roof Paint for maximum adhesion and long-term durability.

Theoretical coverage using a flood coat is 1000 sq. ft per gallon. Material losses during application and surface texture will vary and must be taken into account when estimating job requirements.

Apply with a brush, roller, airless sprayer or general purpose pump-up sprayer. Tip size : .015 to .035 (low pressure).

1 to 2 hours in direct sunlight; dry times may vary depending on air temperature, wind, humidity and applied thickness.

Masonry: Remove all loose paint, dirt, mildew and chalk by high pressure water cleaning or other methods to obtain a sound surface. Metal: May be applied directly to weathered aluminum and galvanized steel. Wood: Can be used over previously painted wood.
