WATERPROOFING EXTERIOR WALLS

1. Pressure clean the walls thoroughly.

2. Fill all large cracks with Masonry Patch.

3. Apply the primer of AC64 and water.

• Apply one (1) coat of Mastic.
• Apply finish coat of Exterior Premium.

• Masonry Patch: Apply with a brush or putty knife to all cracks greater than hairline width.

• Primer: Mix 1 gallon of AC64 with 3 gallons of water and apply to the entire surface. Allow it to dry for approximately 1-2 hours.

• Mastic: Roll 1 coat of Mastic to the entire surface and allow it to dry 24 hours between coats.

• Paint: After 24 hours apply the finish coat of paint – Exterior Premium.

Coverage:

Masonry Patch - dependent upon condition of surface.

AC64 - approximately 1000 square feet per gallon.

Mastic - approximately 200 square feet per gallon.

Paint - approximately 250 square feet per gallon.
