WATERPROOFING EXTERIOR WALLS

1. Pressure clean the walls thoroughly.

2. Fill all large cracks with Masonry Patch.

3. Apply the primer of AC64 and water.

4. Apply two (2) coats of Elasto-Premium.

• Masonry Patch: Apply with a brush or putty knife to all cracks greater than hairline width.

• Primer: Mix 1 gallon of AC64 with 3 gallons of water and apply to the entire surface. Allow it to dry for approximately 1-2 hours.

• Elasto-Premium: Roll 2 coats of Elasto-Premium to the entire surface and allow it to dry 24 hours between coats.

Coverage:

Masonry Patch - Dependant upon condition of surface.

AC64 - approximately 1000 square feet per gallon.

Elasto-Premium - approximately 200 square feet per gallon. Flat -
