DESCRIPTION: A liquid applied waterproof coating designed to prevent water intrusion.

SUGGESTED USES: Use on stucco, cement tile, bermuda tile, barrel tile, shingle * , flat decks with positive drainage, brick, block, and all masonry surfaces.

*Always apply a test patch to asphalt shingles to check for bleeding of asphalt into coating and possible curling.

APPLICATION SUBSTRATE: Excellent adhesion to a wide range of roofing substrates including: aged modified bitumen, asphalt shingle, polymer membrane, metal, sprayed polyurethane foam, and cement. (Passes ASTM D-6083)

COLORS: White and pastel to medium colors.

FINISH: Satin-Flat (a low angular sheen)

COVERAGE: Theoretical coverage at 8 mils is 100 sq. ft per gallon. Material losses during application and surface porosity will vary and must be taken into consideration when estimating job requirements.

VISCOSITY: 96 to 102 ku

RECOMMENDED DRY TIME: 1 to 2 hours in direct sunlight; dry times may vary depending on air temperature, wind, and humidity.

LIMITATIONS: Not for use under heavy ponding water or below grade applications.

RECOMMENDED PRIMERS: Acrylux AC64

SURFACE PREPARATION: Remove all loose paint, dirt, mildew and chalk by high pressure water cleaning or other methods to obtain a sound surface. Seal any remaining chalk with AC64 primer/sealer.

MIXING: Stir well and apply as it comes from the container. Box all colors to insure color uniformity.

APPLICATION: Brush, Roller (min 1” nap), or airless spray. Recommended tip size: .027 to .031.
